What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: your name, work email, company name, phone (optional), and the message you send us. That's it.
Why we collect it
To respond to your inquiry, follow up on discovery calls, and — if you engage us — deliver the services you've contracted us for.
Who has access
Tuplesinc employees involved in sales and delivery. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions that don't convert to engagements are retained for 24 months, then deleted. Data related to an active engagement is retained for the duration of the engagement plus statutory retention (usually seven years for financial records).
Cookies
This site uses a session cookie required for the contact form to function. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies at this time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, corrections to it, or deletion at any time by emailing info@tuplesinc.com.
