About training
English or local language?
Both. Delivered in English by default, with local-language support on request.
On-site or remote?
Either. Remote is our default (cheaper, more flexible). On-site available for kickoff cohorts or leadership tracks.
How many people per cohort?
8-12 per session works best for role-specific tracks. Larger groups split into cohorts.
Do you issue certificates?
Optional. Includes an assessment; certificates are yours to use however you like.
